Exhibition arrangements

  • Location：N1 building, University of Macau, Avenida da Universidade, Taipa, Macau, China
  • Schedule：Generally from 8 am to 6 pm, on all three days (October 17-19) during the conference.
  • Delivery arrangements:
    • The address for delivery is: Room 1003 (fNIRS2026), Scientific Research Building N21, University of Macau, Avenida da Universidade, Taipa, Macau, China. The contact person for the delivery will be the local chair, Rihui LI (rihuili@um.edu.mo; +853 63527054).
    • In accordance with our policies, we can only accept shipments during business hours on or after October 5. Please arrange for delivery on or after that date. Under exceptional circumstances, and prior discussion with the local chair. All Items will be stored within the N21 building, and exhibitors will be responsible for transporting them from N21 to the exhibition room no later than October 17.
  • Exhibition Setup：
    • There will be a setup window of time on Saturday morning (October 17) at 12 pm. If you need additional time, please do let us know as soon as possible. Items can be moved into a locked room adjacent to the N1 building overnight and we are covering for security. 
    • Your exhibit space allocation is a ~1.8m table area; you will be limited in adjacent space to display other items, so please keep this in mind when planning your exhibit as we are not a traditional trade show/convention and were only able to offer minimal space to exhibit.
    • The exhibit tables and posters are in the same room, encouraging foot traffic. You will be provided with access to plugs.
  • This is a sample of what we plan for the N1 building to accommodate exhibitors, posters, and catering, but it is subject to change.

**Reminder that the exhibitor passes grant access to the meeting hall only and include lunches, coffee breaks and social events, but do not include access to conference lectures.
